      Vasofix® Safety
      Perifer IV-kateter med injektionsport och helautomatiskt stickskydd

      Vasofix® Safety är en portad perifer IV-kateter med passivt helautomatiskt nålskydd. Den är utformad för intravaskulär- och vävnadsåtkomst till blodprovstagningar, administrering av vätskor och blod intravaskulärt.

      Vasofix® Safety kan utan begränsning användas för både vuxna, barn och nyfödda.

      Passivt nålskydd - Ett passivt helautomatiskt nålskydd hjälper till att eliminera nålstickskador och relaterade infektioner. Nålskyddet aktiveras automatiskt, kan inte kringgås och kräver ingen användaraktivering.1.2

      Dubbelt blodsvar- Bekräftar att både nål- och kateterkapillär är inne i kärlet. Den första blodsvaret bekräftar att nålen är i venen, den andra blodsvaret bekräftar att även katetern är i venen.

      Universal "Back Cut" slipning - Tillåter ett brett urval i införingsvinklar och är utformad för minimera punkteringsskador.3

      Röntgentät - För en bra synlighet av kateterns kapillär under röntgen. IV-katetermaterial tillgängligt i polyuretan (PUR) för en mjuk och enklare införing4 och teflon (FEP) som är lite styvare katetermaterial än polyuretan.

      Flexibla vingar - Stabilisering hjälper till att minska kateterrörelser och relaterade komplikationer 5,6

      Injektionsport – Möjliggör kontroll att katetern ligger rätt i venen.

      PVC-fri ( ej tillverkad med DEHP, Latex / naturgummi, PVC) I enlighet med ISO-Standard 10.555-1/5
